Let's talk pH...

Let’s talk pH. 🤓
A happy vajay will be have a pH between 3.8 and 4.5. A pH level within this range can help to keep bacterial and fungal infections at bay. 🙏🏼

When pH get too high this can be an indicator that bacteria is throwing a party downtown. 🦠 🥴

This can be caused by a few things…
1) type of birth control 2) taking antibiotics, 3) tampons, 4) intercourse, 5) diet.
If she keeps a high pH for too long this can cause UTIs 😫

Our body lets us know if the pH is out of whack in various ways such as scent and discharge. (At least she’s a good communicator 🙇🏻‍♀️))

Well guess what, our favourite berries aka cranberries have a very low pH, hence the tart face you make when drinking CRANEL 😚

And even better news, the Clinic of Infectious Diseases found that cranberries lowered pH in the urine and therefore the urinary tract - lowering the frequency of infections. 🎊 🎊 🎊

As expressed by our favourite people aka our customers, "I had been trying for what felt like forever to help an unbalanced ph and I noticed a major difference after my 1st shot. Have had 3 since and will continue to purchase."

Our mighty berry strikes again 👏🏼🥰
